张泽迅，讲师，硕士生导师，拥有文化社会学和艺术史的学术背景。他的研究关注东亚文化和创意产业政策、文化政策中的地方性与全球化互动、文化艺术区的发展、城市文化与治理。此外，他的研究兴趣还涉及粤港澳大湾区文化政策的整合、东亚语境下的文化政策和艺术管理话语的构建，以及新技术对艺术管理的影响。
主讲《文化政策与管理》、《文化产业研究与写作》、《设计史》等课程。主持厅级项目一项。

Biography
Marco Zexun Zhang is currently a lecturer at the Cheung Kong School of Art and Design at Shantou University, with a background in cultural sociology and art history. His research primarily focuses on cultural and creative industry policies in East Asia, particularly the interaction between locality and globalization within cultural policy, the development of cultural districts, and urban cultural governance.
Dr. Zhang is also interested in the integration of cultural policies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, examining the interpretation of cultural identity in both local and global contexts, and the influence of new technologies on arts management. He contributes to the discourse on cultural policy and arts management within an East Asian context. He welcomes academic collaboration and consulting opportunities.
